What NordPass actually does

The vault is encrypted on the user’s device before synchronization. NordPass documents XChaCha20 as its core encryption algorithm and offers apps and extensions across major platforms. Autosave and autofill reduce friction, while Password Health and breach monitoring can flag credentials that need attention on eligible plans. A password manager still depends on good setup: the master password must be unique, account recovery choices matter, and multi-factor authentication should be enabled.
