Corrections policy
Outdated facts should be easy to challenge and visible when fixed.
Product documentation changes. This process explains what to send, how Worth VPN checks a report, and when a page receives a material update.
Report a factual issue
Use the contact page and include the Worth VPN page URL, the exact statement at issue, a current primary source, and the date you checked it. Do not send account credentials, subscription records, or other sensitive information.
How a report is reviewed
- The Editorial Desk reproduces the claim on the published page.
- The supplied source is checked against the existing evidence and the source hierarchy.
- If the fact is volatile, relevant official product or support pages are checked again.
- The text, evidence note, and verification date are changed together when the correction is substantiated.
Material and minor changes
A material correction changes a decision-relevant fact, limitation, comparison, or conclusion. Important review pages record material changes in their visible change history. Typographic, formatting, or build-only changes do not refresh editorial dates or create a change entry.
Independence and disputes
Providers and affiliate contacts may request a correction, but requests are evaluated against evidence rather than commercial preference. A provider claim is attributed when independent verification is unavailable. Worth VPN may remove a claim that cannot be supported reliably.
